„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Old Farm House! Walt kindly allowed us to follow him around and help with farm chores which our three girls (ages 6-12) loved! Walt also very patiently took us on a horseback trail ride with first time riders. The Old Farm House smelled like an older house when we arrived, but after airing it out by opening the windows it was much better. We will definitely plan to return.“

„We came to the area for an annual family reunion. The farmhouse was AMAZING. We loved sitting on the front porch with coffee just watching the scenery and cars go by. Our fur-baby loves the house too!! We hope to stay again next year.“

„This was the PERFECT stay in the mountains of NC. The farmhouse was so cute and put together well for our stay-we even had farm fresh eggs! I loved having a laundry room as well. The facility was as advertised and the host Walton was very helpful but not intrusive. If you are interested in helping around the farm, be sure to ask. There's always plenty to do. Great do-it-yourself experience.“

„While this is a rural location, it was a perfect location for us. We were visiting family near the area. We love animals and the many animals here were so much fun to stay near. The apartment is exactly as decribed and pictured. The space is clean and comfortable, with special and thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast was offered as an up charge and it was well worth it.
