„Hello, i wrote this ti the landlord, without getting any answer. At the day of arrival...Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable condition of the apartment I am currently staying in.Upon arrival, I discovered serious hygiene and safety issues which are documented in the attached photos:- The bed linen and/or mattress shows visible dark stains that strongly resemble mold or mildew.
