Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gehobene Klasse. Parkmöglichkeiten nur an der Straße frei. Das Hotel selbst möchte 20 Dollar. Das Frühstück ist nicht anders Bzw. besser wie in anderen Motels oder Hotels auf unserer Reise.

There were several broken (not bad bulbs) lights in the walking path a couple out in the room. There was sewage leaking in the parking area (old pipes) the internet in my room would not work, I called several times and was told it would be a few minutes, it never did work. It was not a bad place to stay and the staff was very friendly.

Location is good. No papertowel, dish soap, and dish rug in the kitchen. Water leaks under the sink. No towel rack or where to put things in the bathroom. Bathroom needs more light. Area housing the bathroom light needs to be clean including all vents. Rainwater leaks in the porch towards the door and right outside the door that the floormat was soak and small portion of water went inside our unit.

The property was ok. Nice room sizes and bathroom. The spas were not working(stayed here 3 years ago and the spas not working then either). Also the toilet in our room over flowed just from flushing with very little tp and urine. Toilet clogged again with nothing in it.

We loved the staff and the room, it had a fire place which was nice and cozy during a chilly night. The breakfast was really nice but the staff openly complained in spanish about work and family issues. The garbage truck sounds and the open hallways were very load early in the morning. Wearing ear plugs could possibly help.

I feel I was mislead by their web site One of the things I look for is a fire pit and jacuzzi They showed both on their website but upon arrival the jacuzzi was non operational and they had no propane for the fire pit which was not the large one they showed on their website That one didn’t exist The fountains where beautiful but a couple were non functioning Our room was very nice and the location was great But honestly for the high price of the room I was disappointed The breakfast was good The elevator was really dirty and the property just needs some tlc

Conveniently located to attractions and great complimentary breakfast. This is a pet friendly hotel, however pets can become noisy at times. There was a lot of noise from the floor above us ! I would strongly recommend requesting the fourth floor. Grounds and hallways could be kept a bit cleaner.

Disappointing… Nice layout of hotel room except it was dirty from the floors to the shower to hair on the bedsheets. Upon arrival called front desk to have the floor cleaned the floor was filthy.They dust mopped floor. Our socks were black by the end of the night. Upon taking a shower the floor was slimy and wet. I have never stayed in such a dirty room.

It was a rainy day, the hallway was flooded for the water leaking through the ceiling. Three buckets next to my door room did not help to catch all the water. My kids shoes were soaked in water. Other than that the room was clean big and specious you can always use the fire place to dry some shoes ! right ¡
