„Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.“

„Very clean overall, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. i was worried about the noise of the nearby road when we arrived, but with the windows closed, the air in, nobody noticed any noise at all during the night. I would stay there again. “
