The staff was kind and friendly and went above and beyond. I don’t think I possess an adequate number of adjectives to properly express how impressed we were. “

„Das Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt. Der Service im Restaurant war schlecht. Am überfüllten Pool gab es keinen Service. Zu wenig Liegen und zu wenig Tücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, man kann jedes Wort von den Nachbarzimmern mithören. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung.“

„Comfort Suites is our go to every time we're in Ohio. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and accomodating and the location suits our needs. It's close to many food options (however, the hotel does offer complimentary breakfast each morning) and a Super Walmart. I've never had a bad stay. If I had to say one thing that could be improved on, it would be the carpet in the rooms. A couple of the rooms we stayed in could have used a good vacuuming ...

„The property was absolutely beautiful 😍. The staff were great, specifically Gary, in the lounge/bar area, and Marissa and Alaina, the night desk ladies. Gary continously made us feel welcomed, making sure we were taken care of during our dining times, and even spoke with us a bit on our last evening. Marissa spoke in length with us about the history and paranormal experiences as well as Alaina. They truly embraced the "Customer First" practice. Definitely will recommend and visit again. “

„Always a wonderful stay. A wonderful boutique hotel. Room access can be a challenge for those not in shape ( you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms) but it is well worth it. Rooms are spacious yet cozy. There's a common area that is simply wonderful. Any time our travels take us near Marietta, we make it a point to stay at this wonderful place.“
