„Das Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt. Der Service im Restaurant war schlecht. Am überfüllten Pool gab es keinen Service. Zu wenig Liegen und zu wenig Tücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, man kann jedes Wort von den Nachbarzimmern mithören. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung.“

„Ein Hotel mit Charakter, welches unbedingt mal renoviert werden sollte. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten dringend mal neue Tapete und einen frischen Teppich. Sehr freundliches Personal.“

„On a motorcycle trip in southeastern Ohio Thursday night and looking for a place to stay near Marietta. Pulled this place up on Expedia and it looked like a winner. This place was very nice, better than I expected, whoever remodeled this place did a fabulous job. Very nice restaurant and bar downstairs, I hope to come back here again. Highly recommended.“

„The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service.
