  • "Sungria" wurde im Jahr 2017 gebaut!

    Willkommen in unserem 250 Quadratmeter großen Ferienhaus mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 7 Bädern sowie einem großen, rechteckigen Privatpool (25 Fuß x 11 Fuß). Es ist 3 Blocks von unserer Auffahrt zum weißen Strandsand. Das Haus befindet sich in einer eingezäunten Unterteilung mit 8 Häusern am Sundance Court in Miramar Beach, direkt neben dem Restaurant von Pompano Joe.

    Die physikalische Adresse von Sungria für Ihr GPS lautet 53 Sundance Ct. Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Die nächsten Querstraßen sind Sundance Court und Payne Street in Miramar Beach.

    Sorry, keine Haustiere. Keine Ausnahmen!

    Die Wandfarbe ist ein beruhigender Grauton (Sherwin Williams-Lackfarbe # HGSW1465), der als "zeitgenössisches Grau" bezeichnet wird. Die Schlafzimmerböden sind mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, und alle nicht mit Teppich ausgelegten Bereiche sind hellbraune Fliesen, die beim Verlegen wie Holz aussehen. Unser Granit in allen Bädern und in der Küche wird "weiße Ufer" genannt und enthält Schwarz-, Weiß- und Grautöne. Unsere Schränke in den Küchen und Bädern werden eine hellgraue Farbe namens "Taube" haben.

    * Für Kleinkinder / Babys stehen mehrere Pack-n-Play-Sets und einige Bettgitter zur Verfügung, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts gerne nutzen können.
    * Alle sechs Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kingsize-Betten und ein eigenes Badezimmer (mit Badewanne!) in ihnen.

    Im Hinterhof finden Sie den privaten, beheizten Pool mit Liegestühlen, der sich perfekt zum Sonnenbaden in Destins Sonne im privaten, eingezäunten Hinterhof eignet. Es gibt auch Terrassentische (und Terrassenstühle) und einen Gasgrill für unvergessliche Grillabende für Ihre ganze Gruppe.

    Drinnen können Sie in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und allem Kochgeschirr, das Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen, köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten.

The home was as described and perfect for six co-workers who enjoyed the king bedrooms each with private bath, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and the 6-person golf cart that came with the rental. All in all it was a great experience and one that I would recommend.

Amazing House

This house is amazing g for a large group! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The backyard with the pool was amazing! And the golf cart was perfect for the short trip to the beach. Management company was friendly and even called me after the first day to see if there anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

The pool in the backyard and the beach so close was a huge plus! There was even a golf cart that could seat up to six people if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. The house also had parking literally at the front door which was very convenient. We all agreed the house was the perfect place for our Girls Getaway!

A few well used areas like a cracked fridge drawer but overall a great stay. We loved the layout and the pool was actually warm!plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Nice pillows/bedding. Dryer did not work well and likely needs replaced.

Our Miramar Vacation

The property is great it was everything advertised and more. When you go make sure you stop and take time for Rolled Ice Cream and the Bad Ass Coffee by the beach. The Property is close to the beach and has great restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is quiet. For us myself and my wife and my three adult sons and their two wife's with our three grandkids 1, 2 and 5 - it was perfect. Everyone had such a good time even with one rainy day - there was plenty to do in Destin/Miramar Beach. And we are looking forward to our return to the same property.

It had anything we could have needed for all the families that had come. Plenty of baby equipment, kitchen tools and kitchen ware, tons of pool toys and chairs to use! The only downside is there is one thermostat for all three levels. Downstairs was freezing to keep the upstairs comfortable. Also, I don’t believe the cleaning people really do a full cleaning. When searching for a pair of earrings at the end of our trip I found a rolled up diaper and a few other things under the upstairs vanity. We had a small child but not small enough to need a diaper of that size.

Great house perfect for our family

Overall the house was great. We had a few issues and contacted them; someone was out the next day. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived, so they came out and took care of this. AC downstairs was not working they had to order a part and then it was working perfectly. The hood was not working on the stove and come to find out they knew about this so it would have been good to be notified. Overall we loved the location and the house was perfect for our family of 15. Each couple had their own bathroom. We would highly recommend it.

Family Getaway

The location of the house was awesome and having the access to the golf cart was key. The beaches were awesome. We enjoyed having the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate late in the trip. We were disappointed in the overall condition of the property. The rocks around the pool area were overgrown with weeds. We pulled the weeds because it was so bad. The house was mostly clean but wasn’t what we expected and a few items were broken on checkin. These items were corrected when reported.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First bad experience my family has had after coming to Destin for the last 10 years. The golf cart included with rental, which is an absolute necessity when we choose our vacation rental, was not working properly from the first day of our stay. We found out after doing our own inspection that the batteries had no water in them. This most likely caused damage to the batteries and is definitely something that would have been detected had the golf cart been inspected prior to our arrival as the contract states. The staff was rude and of no help whatsoever. The response we got is “the golf cart is an amenity and not guaranteed for our stay.” Oh, they did suggest that we were welcome to rent another one on our own. I was assured twice that the manager would return my call.. never heard from him/her. Please do not rent from this company!!!

Reviewer Comments: OVERPRICED; PROPERTY WAS A MESS; THE YARD/POOL AREA WAS NOT CLEANED FROM THE LAST RENTAL; WATER WAS LEAKINIG IN FROM VENT HOOD ONTO STOVE SO WE COULDN'T USE THE STOVE; THREE TVs HAD NO REMOTES AND WHEN WE CALLED IT WASN'T UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME OUT. DRESSERS HAS MISSING HANDLES; THE LIVING ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED FROM THE PRIOR RENTAL; FOOD ON FLOOR AND UNDER SOFAS. WE CALLED AND COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMEES AND IT WAS AS THOUGH THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE. THEY DID SEND OUT SOMEONE TO CLEAN WHILE WE WERE THERE (VERY INCONVENIENT) MY WIFE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE REMOTES AND WASNT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME OUT. SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL HER BACK TO COMPENSATE FOR SOME OF THIS WHICH IS ABSURD AND NO CALL BACK. HORRENDOUS AND WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ESPECIALLY FOR $6100!! THE GOLF CART WOULN'T KEEP A CHARGE...THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND HAD TO HAVE A POOL CLERK COME CLEAN IT AND PUT CHLORINE WHILE WE WERE THERE SO COULDN'T USE IT FOR A DAY.....THE PLACE AS OVERALL ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10, A 5 AT BEST,. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL AND NOTHING WAS COMPENSATED AS WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE. NEVER AGAIN!
