Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO Guests:

After your booking is received, we will contact you directly to answer additional questions and provide more details regarding the reservation process.

All guests are required to read and sign our rental agreement and condo terms prior to arrival. Our rental agreement outlines payment schedules, cancellation policies, and guest rules.

• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• A refundable $500 security deposit hold is placed 7 days prior to arrival
• Hold released within 48 hours after departure, pending inspection
