The chef in the family will love the openness of the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Also available is a barbecue grill on the back patio. The dining area offers seating for six at the farm table, along with five barstools on the oversized island! The family room is newly decorated with a comfy sofa, three generous chairs, and a large HDTV. There is a separate sunroom with a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa that could also be suitable as a children’s play area.

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
