Then, surprise your friends with a homemade meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. The resort offers guests the chance to use its shared amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and even a tennis court!

The white, sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico will be a stone's throw away, all you have to do is step outside your getaway and walk 350 yards down the road to finally dig your toes in the sand. Scenic Gulf Drive offers a plethora of local restaurants such as The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, Royal Palm Grille, and The Surf Hut. Find the hottest sales at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, only one and a half miles away. This shopping center offers 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores. Then make sure to visit Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure (seven miles away). This is primarily a water park featuring over 40 water attractions. ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:

Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony

restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning

October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .

During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various

points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be

temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
