The Bayside Condominums welcomes you with newly renovated interiors, hangout areas, and outdoor lounge furniture on the bay. Enjoy being adjacent to the Links Golf Course and Linkside Conference Center.
Resort Amenities- gated community, multiple pools, resort tram, fitness center/spa/salon*, golf*, tennis*, marina, shops, restaurants, entertainment, private beach, free parking, watersports*, elevators, wifi, luggage carts, ice machine, laundry* (*amenity available for additional fee).
The Bayside Cafe just opened right next to the Pool at Bayside and a short walk from the condo. You can enjoy a breakfast or lunch overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay.
We also provide a starter pack which includes: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, coffee packs. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.
Beach Supplies: This property offers complimentary beach umbrella, blanket, and chairs (located underneath the bed).
Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf. The resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts; biking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; restaurants and shopping. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around.
We offer a Keurig coffee machine with k-pod starter pack.
Our check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am. Since you go directly to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may self-check in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day.
If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach and other resort amenities. However, we do not allow early check ins to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back-to-back and we need the time to prepare the condo.
Please note: Motorcycles are not allowed in Sandestin Resort. Pets are not allowed in the unit per the HOA (no matter how small).
