It's really a pity about the curtains because we actually have electric shutters that blank completely the room. Many Guests don't find the buttons, so we put stickers on the windows to indicate the buttons. Some showers are a bit smaller of others (minimum 90x90 cm). So sorry that you had discomfort with self service check in procedure. After a certain time there is no personnel on site but always available in case of need. In the historic center the rooms aren't big usually. To be honest we assigned you our smallest one because it was the last available and you were alone. But the other rooms are around 4/5 sqm larger (around 22 sqm with bathroom). For your next stay, for sure we will take care to provide you a standard one. Emanuele

Dear Guest, I am really sorry to read about your issue. We all apologise for any sort of problem that the Guests had. Unfortunately the Guests arrived very late in the night about 2.30 am. At the time our reception closed at 09:00 pm. Our receptionist tried several times to contact the Guests but the phone was off due to flight time. We have the pleasure to inform you that from 2020 we have no check in limit; in this sense it is possible to check in at any time of the day and the night.
