Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Always greeted in lobby and elevators with a smile. Fitness room and restrooms were always clean. My room had an exceptional view and basics for our 5 night stay. Our room was booked for 2 queen beds with a family of 4. Upon check in and ready to settle in after a long day of travel, 1 king bed and a "sofabed" which turned out to be like a pullout futon style bed. This was not enough to accommodate 4 people to sleep for 5 nights. Apparently there was a mistake with the posting and nothing could be done, as everything was fully booked over the holiday week. I was offered a mattress to be brought into our room but declined, due to the reason that the studio was already a tight space with no room. We made our sleeping arrangements work and made the best of our stay, but did not sleep comfortably as inteneded. There has been no response from anyone to resolve this matter.
