The unit also features a very large patio that extends from the bedroom to the living room, step outside to enjoy the fresh breeze off the bay. The Bedroom has a large walk in closet, and there is a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit. Step right out of this lovely residence into the heart of Coconut Grove, a major destination for tourists and locals alike. The location is unbeatable. The Sofa is a sleeper bed so this unit comfortably sleeps 4 people. We have a mattress topper making this sofa sleeper extra comfy.
