Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the overall quality of the unit.
To start, the cleanliness was not acceptable at check-in. The floor felt sticky. To their credit, the team did come back and re-clean it, but the floor still didn’t feel right—possibly because of the flooring material.
The apartment itself feels like it was built with very cheap materials. The sliding balcony doors barely worked and were extremely hard to open, almost like they were stuck with paint/cement. Multiple things felt unfinished.
The bathrooms were especially uncomfortable. The toilet flush handles were stiff and hard to push. And the showers don’t even have proper doors, so the bathroom gets cold and water splashes outside easily. The vanity/counter space is so small you can’t even place basic items like a perfume or toiletries without them falling off.
Outside of the unit, the area is clearly still under construction. The street is active construction, and it feels like part of the building itself is not fully completed yet.
That said, the complex amenities are nice—the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym are great. But the apartment quality is so poor (old beds that you can feel the boards, cheap doors/locks, closet doors, outdated hardware, and almost no mirrors besides the bathroom) that I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
