The Space:

The property has two sides, A (Amoret) and B (Bella).



You will be staying in Casa Amoret (left side unit)

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs) ; 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 bedroom on the first floor with twin beds, and 1 pull-out sofa

Bathrooms: 3.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom downstairs)

Living Areas: The open living room features a cozy sectional, great for movie nights or relaxing together. The bright layout flows into the dining area, a perfect spot for meals and conversations.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with brand-new appliances, making it easy to cook dinners or quick snacks.

Parking: The parking space can accommodate up to 3 small sedans or 2 large SUVs.

Brand-New Build: This is a never-lived-in home, and every detail—from the furniture to the finishes—has been thoughtfully chosen to create a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere.



This home provides a comfortable, inviting setting with flexible accommodations for corporate or medical placements of 6–12 months. Guests of all types are welcome to enjoy the property, relax, and connect with others.

Guests can enjoy complete access to the entire unit, including a dedicated on-site parking spot and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock, giving you a secure, flexible, and hassle-free arrival.

Main booker must be at least 25 years old

No parties or events - Zero tolerance policy

No outside visitors, only registered guests may enter property

No loud music, 10pm is quiet time

No Smoking Inside or Outside the Property ($500 fine)
