This 1,400 sq ft condo has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a sofa bed in the living room, for up to 4 guests. Walk to Brickell City Centre, Whole Foods, the Riverwalk and the best restaurants and bars in Brickell. South Beach, Wynwood and the Design District are a short ride away.



The Space:

Floor to ceiling windows wrap the living room, the dining area and both bedrooms: the bay and Brickell Key on one side, the Miami skyline on the other.



Bedrooms: a king bed in each of the 2 bedrooms.

Living room: a sofa bed.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, the primary one with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Kitchen: fully equipped, open to the dining area.

Wifi throughout the apartment, convenient for business trips.

A balcony runs along the apartment; it is closed for the building's facade work until the end of November 2026.



The building offers a resort style pool deck, a spa with hot tubs and a fitness center on the 15th floor amenity level.



Guest Access:

Check-in at the building's front desk. Please share your estimated arrival time.



Before arrival, please upload a government-issued ID for the primary guest. Building amenities (pool, spa, gym) require a pass per adult: this 2-bedroom unit receives up to 4 adult passes, and each adult who wants a pass needs an ID on file. Minors do not need a pass.



2 elevator FOBs are left in the apartment. They open your floor and the 15th floor amenity level.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell is Miami's financial district and one of its liveliest neighborhoods. From the building you can walk to Brickell City Centre and its shops and restaurants, Mary Brickell Village, Whole Foods (2 blocks away), the Miami Riverwalk and Brickell Key. Bayfront Park and the Pérez Art Museum are a short ride north.



Getting Around:

Brickell is very walkable. The free Metromover loops through Brickell and Downtown, and Uber and Lyft are available everywhere. Parking in Brickell is limited and expensive, so most guests do not need a car.



Other Things to Note:

Guest registration

• A government-issued photo ID must be sent before arrival.



Amenity access, 2-bedroom units

• Maximum 4 adults (strictly enforced by the building)

• Minors under 18 are welcome with an adult

• Pool: Saturday and Sunday, sunrise to sunset. Closed Monday to Friday

• Spa: daily, 10 AM to 8 PM

• To activate amenities, visit the 15th-floor office from 9 AM to 5 PM with your key fob to receive your QR code.



Facade work

• Balconies: expected completion end of November 2026. South windows: end of February 2027.

• Balcony doors are locked from the outside with a wooden block while workers use swing stages, and stay locked until the exterior work is complete.

• A clear protective film is laminated onto the windows against dust and debris.

• Construction noise is possible as the workers move floor by floor.

• No smoking, no parties

• Lost key fob fee: $100

• Please return both key fobs at checkout.

• Packages: pick up at the ground-floor receiving area.
