We're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our home! We understand that pets are a part of the family, and to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, there's a pet fee of $35 per pet/night.

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out, this makes check-out times extremely important. Thank you very much for your understanding.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules:

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours starting at 9 pm daily to 9 am to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Check-in and check-out times: We have strict check-in and late checkout times, and we offer early check-in and late check-outs for an additional fee (should be arranged in advance). This allows our cleaning team to efficiently coordinate and prepare the property for the next guest. Any violations to the specified or agreed check-in and/or check-out times will result in a $200 penalty for every 15 minutes late.

No Smoking Indoors: Our property is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Additionally, smoking activities are not allowed within 9 meters (30 feet) of any operable windows and doors on the premises.
Evidence of indoor smoking activities will result in a $1000.00 fee.

Drugs and Weapons Prohibited: For the safety and security of all guests, our property strictly prohibits the presence of weapons, illegal drugs, including marijuana, or any other criminal substances. Any such items are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and fines.

No Parties or Undeclared Gatherings: Parties and undeclared social gatherings are not permitted on the premises. Hosting parties will incur a $1000.00 fee.

Declared Guest/pets Count: For safety and liability purposes, please be honest about the number of guests and pets staying. Any undeclared guest/pet will incur a surcharge of $100.00 per night per guest/pet. Note that pets and kids are not allowed to be left alone in property without the supervision of an adult.

Security Measures: Please lock all windows and doors when you are not at home to ensure the security of the property.

Compliance with Rules: Any abuse or violation of the listed house rules and additional rules above may result in additional charges ($1000.00 per event) and the termination of your reservation. In such cases, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund.
