## Important Information



✔ **Mandatory Guest Registration**

In order to register your stay and comply with building regulations, we are required to collect the following information for the primary guest and **all additional guests aged 18 or older**:

* Copy of a valid government-issued ID

* Phone number

* Email address

**All required information must be received within a maximum of 48 hours after the reservation is made.**

This registration is mandatory and required by the building management.

Failure to provide all required information within **48 hours of booking** may result in the reservation being unable to proceed. In such cases, the guest may be required to cancel the reservation, or we may request cancellation through the booking platform, and the applicable cancellation policy will remain in effect.

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these requirements and agree to provide the requested information within the required time frame.



✔ **Minimum Age Requirement**

The primary guest must be **at least 21 years old**, as required by building management.

Reservations made by a primary guest under 21 years old cannot be accommodated. The reservation may need to be canceled by the guest or through the booking platform, and the applicable cancellation policy will remain in effect.



✔ **Electronic Building Access**

Access to the building is provided through the building's electronic access system. **A smartphone is required** to access and use the electronic key.



✔ **Families & Children**

We are happy to host families. However, please note that the apartment does not provide special child-safety equipment or amenities. Guests traveling with children are responsible for their supervision and safety during the stay.



✔ **Starter Essentials**

We provide a limited supply of basic essentials for your arrival, including trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. These items are provided as a **starter supply only and are not replenished during the stay**.



✔ **Food & Cooking Supplies**

For hygiene and safety reasons, all food items are removed after each guest checks out.

We therefore do not provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, or other food and cooking condiments.

If you plan to cook during your stay, these items can easily be purchased at nearby supermarkets.



Guest Access:

At the building's front desk, reception staff will verify your reservation.

After initial desk check-in, access is managed via smartphone app (virtual key sent by email).

The app opens the building door, elevators, amenities, and your apartment door.
