„This was our second stay. There was an electrical issue that impacted the AC, so we contacted the host and they right away addressed the issue. We were offered a different house alternatively but opted to stay due to it being night and having a lot of stuff already unloaded. So, they went and bought a window unit and installed it. Definitely went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable despite the issue. Highly recommended!“
