En la recepción comentaron que incluye el desayuno, cuando fuimos la cocinera nos dijo que solo había huevo, que no nos podían dar otra cosa, lo cual fue muy molesto ya que en recepción nunca mencionaron

Pésimo hotel tanto en atención como en instalacion
Pésimo!! No recomiendo este hotel, llegamos y se tardaron más de una hora en la calle porque no nos abrían. Nos dijeron que no tenían la reservación hecha por hoteles.com Después de que hablamos con el representante de hoteles.com nos dejaron entrar La habitación, sucia, sin shampoo, panel higiénico, toallas, sin agua, la coladera de la regadera con unos tornillos mal puestos y oxidados NUNCA MÁS REGRESAREMOS A ESE HOTEL

The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC. Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.

The property was very deteriorated, old and the furnitures are very cheap, it's uncomfortable. it didn't have fridge, it had only 2 spons and 2 knifes, no forks. we regreat to be there.

Sucia, blancos viejos y desgastados, personal desatento, decoración fea pasada de moda, todo el lugar huele a húmedo, deberían eliminar la opción del supuesto desayuno que te dan, es terrible, no sirven los teléfonos, no te dejan las amenities, etc, entre el mal servicio del hotel y el pésimo servicio de expedia para solucionar problemas hacen de los viajes la peor de las experiencias.

Deben mejorar colocar los insumos suficientes, no nos dejaban agua embotellada ni insumos del baño todos los días (toalla de cara, papel higiénico, jabón ni shampoo). Un día amanecimos sin agua y nadie que ayudara a dar explicación o mediar porque el servicio lo re establecieran lo antes posible. No volvería a regresar.

La recepción las dos veces que he ido, ha sido excelente. A pesar que mi reservación la hice con muy poco y era probable que no tuvieran en su sistema. Lo arreglaron muy eficientemente!

Puse 2 estrellas porque cuando fui a hacer el checkin en l’heritage Aristóteles me comentaron que estaban remodelando las instalaciones entonces que la habitación doble que había pedido no estaba disponible, que me iban a reubicar a otro hotel cerca. Me parece false advertising que pongan como disponible algo que no pueden dar. Mejor quiten esas habitaciones del listado si no las pueden ofrecer al huésped. El hotel al que nos reubicaron se veía más viejo y de entrada nos querían dar dos habitaciones en pisos separados cuando habíamos pagado por habitaciones conjuntas, después de comentar esto que nos cambiaron a habitaciones conjuntas como habíamos reservado. Eso sí, los empleados fueron muy amables con nosotras, tanto los que recibían los carros como los de recepción. El verdadero problema es que pagas por algo que no está disponible, no debería de salir listado para empezar.

Cómodo y conveniente
El lugar es sencillo pero muy práctico y conveniente. Es muy cómodo, habitaciones, salita, cocina, baño y cochera techada y segura. Nos resolvió de maravilla. Podría mejorar la limpieza de blancos y el desayuno es muy bueno en una terraza muy linda pero… a veces subes y no hay desayuno!

Hicimos un checkin aprox 12am ya Que mi vuelo llegó tarde, llegando al hotel vimos que no tiene aire acondicionado que en lo personal es muy importante tener Expedia no específica ese gran detalle, la cama muy incomoda, ruido por fuera de la habitación y por dentro había un tipo silbido, no pude dormir la primera noche, en el turno de la madrugada tienen a un seguridad haciendo checkin que no está bien informado o capacitado para hacer checkin ya que dio mala información, al día siguiente domingo 7 por la mañana le hice saber todos mis comentarios a la recepcionista y solo escucho pero no hizo nada, se les pidió late checkout ya mi vuelo salía a las 7 pm y me lo negaron y aparte me lo estaban cobrando… de todos estos puntos para mi es el aire acondicionado en más importante, honestamente no regreso, los alrededores muy bonitos y el desayuno que incluyen no se ve muy apetecible.

No lo recomiendo
Llegamos y no tenían la reservación cuando se había pagado con anticipación. Primer día y nos mandan a desayunar a otra dirección porque no había ahí. Llego en la noche y no habían hecho la habitación. Me quejo y dicen que no pueden hacer nada.

Buenas tardes, Sr. Fiacro lamentamos mucho la experiencia que tuvo con nosotros, la reserva que hizo,expedia no la habia enviado fue por eso que no podia localizarla ,estuve al tanto de la limpieza de su habitación y le ofrezco una disculpa por ese incidente.Se tomaran acciones sobre este suceso.

Ofrecen desayuno EN el lugar, incluso la foto principal de la pagina es comedor. En ningún momento nos comunicaron que estaba fuera de servicio "por mantenimiento" antes de llegar al lugar. El lugar es agradable, area muy tranquila y bonita, pero el trato se mantiene como se habla. Ellos ofrecen algo y no lo dieron completo.

Mi reserva estaba en Aristoteles 225, me movieron a Tennyson 79 en donde no tenían idea de mi reserva y me terminaron dando hospedaje en otra ubicación en Aristoteles 420. En verdad terrible, tarde mas de una hora y media en poder llegar a mi habitación con toda mi familia y siendo las 10 pm y después de 4 hrs de viaje. Las habitaciones son muy regulares, camas y almohadas terribles, mobiliario super viejo, realmente lo único que vale es la ubicación.
