Schönes Hotel in gute Lage zum spazieren.
Je nach Rezeptionmitarbeiter wird man gut oder mäßig betreut. Bei meiner Ankunft nach einer 20 Stunden Reise wurde ich von einem Herrn nicht so gut Empfangen (älterer Rezeptionmitarbeiter). Kannte nichts von Hotels.com Gold Status oder Xpedia... Am zweiten Tag habe ich wieder mit andere Mitarbeiter gesprochen und diese waren sehr Kundenorientiert. Jung und sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer sind modern. Die Lage ist Super. Die Sich hervorragend! Minus Punke. The breakfast ist not included. Dafür hat das Zimmer eine Küche. Es hat kein Schwimmbad. All in all. Ich komme wieder.

Fue una ubicación genial. Fuimos caminando a Coyoacan y teníamos muchas opciones de restsurantes y panaderías y comida local. Justo frente al metrobus perfecto para transportarse sin auto.

No me dieron la habitación por la cual había pagado más. La regadera estaba rota y ti e que repetir 3 veces que la arreglaran antes de que hicieran algo. El baño no estaba bien limpio. El colchón de la ca estaba deforme y no pude dormir bien. Mi ventana no tenía privacidad: daba a un patio donde almacenan cosas de limpieza

El mantenimiento del lugar. Se desprendió una bisagra de la puerta del baño y por suerte pudimos sostenerla y no caer al piso. Ya que son puertas de cristal, pudo haber sido un insistente feo.

I had to wait unti 3 pm to get my room, and unfortunately they didn't turn the A/C on so it was 98 degrees, unbelievable, I called them and they fixed the problem.The room was nice and had a nice view.

Love the location of this hotel. The room was very nice. Once in awhile you could smell cooking but nothing too bad. Great beds and pillows. It's our second time here, and when we return to Mexico City we will stay here again.
