Absolutely wonderful – we will definitely be back!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were impressed from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, and the service was truly outstanding.
Our room was beautiful, with an absolutely incredible view. Everything was perfect and no wishes were left unfulfilled. We felt comfortable and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

Hotel perfecto con unas vistas maravillosas al Palacio y la Gran Vía. El personal es extremadamente atento, agradable en el trato y amable. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zmmer war tadellos sauber und hatte eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücks ist sehr vielfältig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
