„Shortly after I booked the room I received an email from the property. It was about the deposit which I was expecting. However they changed their method of payment from what they had in the listing (PayPal) to Zelle. I wouldn't have minded paying it by PayPal however paying by Zelle gives you no recourse whatsoever if something goes wrong. After going back and forth with Expedia and the property they decided that they were going to uphold their no refunds policy even though it was a bait and ...

„Worst brackfast service ever Aircondition sooo cold that we got 2 heaters in the room (outside temperature 27*C) and in the room we need heater. Unless you’re REALLY a fitness and gym freak it’s NOT WORTH the money. The tennis courts are free yes, but we were not allowed into group sessions unless we payed for the whole season (500-600$) We did not have to pay the 25$ for the access of the facilities because of the cold in the room but if one pays approx 320$ a night all this is just sick ...

„I enjoyed my stay“

„Perfect location for seeing a show at The Vic! Lots of restaurants nearby. I didn’t love having the private bathroom not connected to the room but I did know about this when I booked. Everything was very clean and the staff-free check in went smoothly. I’d stay here again.“

„If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay, skip this place. Room was fine, but the tech system for remote check-in was terrible. I filled out the online forms I was sent and provided all requested information ahead of time, but had received nothing back by check-in time. I was outside the hotel (you can’t get in without a code to get your key, which they had not provided) dealing with a parking situation and a staff person opened the door and beckoned me in and gave me a key card. I was still ...

„Very nice hotel. And surprisingly good breakfast for an American hotel!“

„We had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent. Parking was a pleasure. We really liked the Restaurant Terrace 16. We had a big suite on the second highest hotel room floor and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely come back to this hotel.“
