In die Jahre gekommen...Wartung notwendig.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Objekt ein schönes Haus, welches mittlerweile leider etwas verlebt ist. Über den beiden weißen Couchen liegen weiße Leintücher, da die Originalbezüge leider verdreckt sind. Neue Matratzen und Bettwäsche wären dringend notwendig. Im Bad im Masterbedroom ist die Halterung des Duschkopfes defekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für 8 Personen leider nicht ausgelegt. Die Kaffeemaschine bspw. läuft ewig und hat auch nur eine Kanne für 5 Tassen. Bei uns war die Kanne zudem defekt. Die Spülmaschine ist leider auch nicht in der Lage eine volle Maschine zu säubern. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist schön und mit den Liegen, Tisch und Sitzecke auch ausreichend möbliert. Bei einer der Außenleuchten war leider die Halterung defekt und die Verkabelung somit frei zugänglich. Mit Kleinkindern ist da Vorsicht geboten. Sehr gut funktioniert hat die Kommunikation bei der Buchung sowie mit dem Kontakt vor Ort. Babybetten und Kinderstühle wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.

Modernes Haus, kleine Verbesserungen nötig
Das Haus ist sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, es kümmert sich alle paar Tage jemand. Allerdings müssten einige Dinge mal ausgetauscht, bzw. repariert werden. Fast alle Türen ließen sich nur extrem schwer und lautstark öffnen, da sie möglicherweise durch die Feuchtigkeit stark verzogen sind. Die Kaffeemaschine ist für 5 Tassen ausgelegt, in dem Haus können aber bis zu 8 Personen wohnen. Außerdem dauert es eine halbe Stunde bis sie durchgelaufen ist. Besteck und Backblech müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Fernsehen enthält keine deutschen Sender, das ist auf Menorca aber normal. WLAN funktioniert nur einwandfrei in der unteren Etage. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus hat uns genau das gegeben, was wir wollten. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Jungs und haben die Grossmutter mitgenommen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage ist bestens, Pool top Abkühlung auch am Abend. Cap d'Artrutx mit Leuchtturm und Cala en'Bosc sehr sauber und toll zum baden. Auch Tauchen in ganz Menorca zu empfehlen, Ciutadella sein Ausflug wert. Aquarock nicht zu empfehlen da zu teuer... Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

Good Villa in a Great Location
A very large and spacious villa in a great location. The villa could do with some TLC and upgrading to make it "Look like the images". The step(s) into the pool are very deep (only 2 steps each approx 40 cm) and it is very difficult for anyone with the slightest mobility issue to get in and out of the pool, and the elderly and young children would struggle using the steps. The pool had a leak during our stay and we were unable to use the pool for the last 4 days of our holiday. The outside furniture/loungers were very grubby/dirty and in need of a good clean or some replacement cushions. That said the location was perfect and the villa offered fair value for money in comparison to the other nearby villa's which seem to be much more expensive for the same type of property

Needs attention
Where do i start number 1 property was not clean bed linen and towels need a good boiled wash . Most of living / dinning furniture needs replacing very tired and basically ready for the tip outside table and chair ready for tip , rattan seating need taking to tip would not even sit on it was disgusting. Now the pool round water line was black mould ,the slabs around pool was disgusting . The pool cleaner come one day and put 2 tablets in pot walked up one side and down other with net was there 3 minutes at most didnt clean bottom of pool at all and it was disgusting.. the tv remote to work tv was not one now they said at fist would be there friday afternoon saturday morning and it had english channels it came Wednesday lunch time day before we was going home and had no english channels at all. So basically we paid for a service we didnt get and st the moment considering weather to take it further very disappointed and should be taken off your app

Needs updating.
The villa is a nice size and could be lovely but so much updating required. Good points - 1. Location 2. Garden size Issues - 1. Patio didn't lock, reported but not fixed during our stay 2. Loads of cobwebs everywhere, not cleaned properly. One evening there were 7 spiders in my room. Obviously not completely out with control but getting rid of some cobwebs may help. 3. Furniture very, very basic. 4. Light fittings hanging from ceilings. 5. Whole property had really strong smell of damp 6. Towels really small and grey rather than white. Overall we did have a nice stay, the villa is livable but I was very much looking forward to getting home for home comforts. I would very much describe it as basic and absolutely not luxurious.

We wanted a relaxed venue and certainly found it in Calan Bosch. Short stroll to marina and beach great restaurants and also used BBQ at villa. Great supermarket 10mins better than town one's for choice and price. Garden cushions need updating and would have been good for sheet change middle of two weeks. Towels changed after storm forced use to mop up but weather was lovely apart from worse storm seen but no control over that!! Lovely to see Manuel and Sylvie introduction. Thank you!!

Lovely property in lovely resort
Had a wonderful stay at Santa Tome villa. Villa is really nice and well equipped. Very spacious. The lady who deals with check in is very nice and helpful. The only feedback I would suggest is some welcome information at the property, to include info on the local area, taxi numbers, where to put rubbish etc. wasn’t a problem at all, just would be nice.

Amazing villa
This was our third visit to Menorca. Location is very convenient, close to Ciutadella and other beaches. The house is clean, well decorated and well equipped. We were 2 adults; 2 teenagers and 2 under 10's. We had a lovely time and definitely recommend this house. Hopefully we will be back next Summer. Owners came to si hi to make sure we had all we needed during our stay.

Cuando llegamos, la casa nos pareció preciosa, pero según pasaba el tiempo, cada vez íbamos encontrando más defectos. En un principio, y para una semana que íbamos a estar, no teníamos intención de ponerlos de manifiesto, pero tras un incidente con una lámpara y una conversación no muy agradable con el propietario, decidimos comunicar los fallos que tenía la vivienda (la limpieza de los baños dejaba mucho que desear, la puerta de la suite no cerraba, la de otra habitación, si se cerraba no se podía abrir, las lamas de un somier atadas con esparadrapo, los apliques de los baños oxidados...). Bien es verdad que inmediatamente procedieron a reparar las puertas y cambiar los somieres. Aunque la casa, bajo nuestro punto de vista, necesita un repaso, la cocina está muy bien equipada, las habitaciones son amplias y en el jardín y la piscina que, por cierto, están muy bien cuidados, se pasan momentos muy agradables. Por último, señalar que la persona de contacto ha sido amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Enkele aanpassingen zou het verblijf nog veel aangenamer maken. Het huis is erg vochtig, er liggen hele oude handdoeken, totaal versleten parasol, ijskast die naar de verkeerde kant opengaat, slechts een huissleutel wat heel lastig is bij meerdere bewoners. Erg krakende deuren!

J imagine que la maison sous le soleil est tres agreable mais avec le mauvais temps et une très longue coupure d electricité c est devenu un vrai cauchemar. Maison tres mal isolee et avec toutes les fenetres qui prennent l eau, tres forte odeur d humidite et d egout. J ai conscience que personne ne decide de la meteo et des pannes mais la personne qui nous a installé etait injoignable et ne s est pas beaucoup inquieté (si on avait des bougies, froid,...) et le proprio ne repondait pas au telephone. Je recommande quand meme si la meteo est clémente.

Una casa muy bonita y cómoda con piscina y un porche agradable. Bien situada, en una zona tranquila y cercana a bonitas playas. El jardín trasero es una preciosidad con bonitas vistas. Hemos estado 8 adultas y quizás, la casa este más pensada para familias con niños, por lo que hemos echado de menos algo más de menaje y equipamiento en general. Además, este estaba en algunos casos un poco desmejorado y deslucian la visión general de la casa: sombrilla, manillas de puertas, otros.

Beautiful well equipped villa in a great location.
Had a lovely holiday at this villa. It is in a good location, peaceful yet within easy reach of bars, restaurants etc. The outside space is great, lots of room for sunbathing but there is also a lovely comfortable shaded area. The pool is a good size, adults and children loved it. The villa is very well equipped and we had everything we needed for a great holiday. The owner was great, very attentive and anxious to ensure that we were happy with our accommodation. The beds were not the best and some need replacing, also could do with mirrors in the smaller bedrooms. Minor issues were sorted very quickly though and this is definitely a place that we would return to.

Location good, 10 minutes walk too the harbour. 4 good size bedrooms, plenty of sun beds, handy purpose built barbecue. Prices are competitive, but could do with a few improvements such as bedding, towels, the only other thing is the tv only speaks Spanish, that means nothing for the children. calan en Bosch Has a lovely beech. We all had a great stay.
