We arrived early in the hotel (around 9am). Rooms were not ready, which was no surprise. But hotel was not able to provide any drinks or towels before Check-in at 3pm. When we entered the breakfast room to have a coffee as we wake up at 4am we were told in an unfriendly way that we have to pay. This is not what you expect as a warm welcome for a 10 days stay with half-board. This unfriendly service continued during our whole 10 days. One day my wife was told by a waiter with name Carlos in a rude way that she cannot sit on the terrace for breakfast because other more priviliged hotel guests are waiting to take the table on the terrace. The other day we informed the hotel one day in advance that we like to eat in the a-la-card restaurant instead of having the buffet. When we came the next day, there was no reservation because they messed it up. Again, no apologies.
Besides this the hotel has a continuous shortage of beach towels. There were several days where it was not possible to change them. In addition there is a maximum of 3 changes for a stay of 10 days. This is something you would not expect from a 4 stars hotel.
Overall this hotel cannot be recommended to other guests.
