The home is located in the suburb of Point Cook in Melbourne’s West. The home is a short drive to both Featherbrook Shopping Centre and Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre. Attractions such as Altona Beach (16 minutes) and Werribee Open Range Zoo (14 minutes) are also nearby.

The home is a 30 minute drive to the Melbourne CBD and a short drive to Williams landing train station (9 minutes).

This single story family home is newly renovated, with all of the modern amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house has two full bathrooms including a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and two living rooms with smart TVs.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - King single bed and bunk bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - King single bed and bunk bed with built in wardrobe

*Note* - Air conditioning is only available in the open kitchen / living / dining area

Guests can access the property via a smart lock. Instructions on how to enter are shared on the morning of check-in
