Das Zimmer war super sauber. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war absolut umwerfend an Fülle und Auswahl. Die Roof top Bar hatte einen super Ausblick und eine Möglichkeit über einen Glas Vorsprung (Skydeck) schöne Fotos zu machen

Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city
