„Rudest staff i have ever encountered.“

„Good“

„The room smelled horrible, like cat pee, but there was no carpet so I we were thinking it must be the mattress? There was a cigarette burn mark in the blanket and the pillows were tiny, lumpy things. We were unable to tolerate the smell so we checked back out immediately and left to find new lodging. The man behind the counter said he would cancel our reservation, but two weeks later, no refund or communication has come through.“

„This property is fairly new, well maintained, great amenities and a friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again, hopefully soon.“

„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. As airport shuttle was one of my top reasons to chose this hotel I was surprised that the hotel didn’t even offer to pay for the Uber instead. The AC in my room ...

„Stayed here for 3 nights with family of five persons - expandable sofa bed offers goodmcomfort for 5th person in 2room suite. Kitchen is well equipped - hotel relatively new all clean Recommendation“

„I requested an accessible room, which I received upon check-in. The room was clean to the point of immaculate and spotless. However, the conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken, and the body lotion dispenser was removed from the bathroom wall. The door for the in-room fridge was warped on the bottom and did not close properly, so I propped an ottoman against it to keep it shut and cold. Danielle at the front desk checked me in and was most helpful in addressing the room concerns ...

„Alles OK, sehr alter Zustand.“
