„Very good clean well managed.“

„Really clean room had everything you need. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shops were a five minute walk but down a steep hill but we didn't mind.“

„Okay for a short stay. Little bit of tlc was needed throughout, otherwise all ok“

„We had a great two night stay at The Beeley Inn. Very good breakfast, lots of choice and gluten free available. The room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Nice toiletries were provided and tea and coffee in the room. Overall a wonderful stay.“

„This is a wonderfully quirky and unique place to stay. The accommodation is just perfect. Hosts Steve and Elaine have created a tranquil and idyllic tiny retreat at Robin Hood Tower. Comms were great and Steve showed us around, sharing local history and top tips for our trip. Canal side walks were glorious. A magical stay.“

„Lovely holiday get away, horse stables on the working farm was lovely, was a shame my maltipoo dog did not feel the same way. Great value for money. Bottle of wine was very much appreciated.“

„A very clean, comfortable cottage, spacious and well equipped with everything that you need. Cosy and warm. Great walks from the door, beautiful area with all that the Derbyshire dales has to offer. There is a friendly pub across the road where we enjoyed a pint but only serving meals at weekends currently. 10 minute walk into the village where another pub, also friendly (the black swan) serves food but with a limited menu. There is an Indian restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent meal one of ...

„We had a great time at Rose Cottage. Perfect for a long weekend. Generally very clean but lots of dog hairs on the floor. Heating was very responsive, kitchen well equipped. Could do with a drying rack for the draining board and some tumbler sized glasses. Lovely soft towels and bedding, great shower. Best fish and chips ever from Robinsons over the road. Parking a bit tricky at times but all in all a lovely time!“

„Lovely large property right in town and near to the park. Brendan was very responsive to any requests which made for a relaxing stay. The adorable yellow submarine interior design was great fun. We were warned about the many stairs and they weren’t joking. The one unfortunate surprise was the state of the sofa and chair which were showing their age. All in all a lovely place to stay“
