Amazing place
We had the most amazing family time. Staff is great , hotel very clean , service is excellent. we arrived around 12:30 PM , and staff checked us in already. Also the rooms booked were garden view , and they got us pool/sea view. It goes without saying the beach there is insane. Overall it was a wonderful time spent , and am glad Carols is still maintaining their quality lever.

very old room furniture that is in a very bad condition, fridge not working, closets and beds almost expired. in general whole hotel needs renovation. level of cleanliness for rooms, restaurants, public toilets very poor. All inclusive offering extremely poor, no bottle of water could be provided but have to go get from water dispenser, no fresh juices, no ice creams, coffee is provided in Nescafe classic only, food quality very poor. staff doesn't help. staff appearance and cleanliness very poor. while hotel pricing is high. hotel should be max 3 starts hotel not 5 at all.

Quiet and secluded but means of transportation to the city Are very limited. Dining as a whole was less than what is expected at a classified as a 5 stars hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Beautiful beach, white sand and turquoise water .

The site is very well kept. Beach clean except the presence of Burka women in the water (what a shame). Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant more or less organized. Behaviour of some guests was against basic hygiene for Covide-19. Asked for an orange juice and was offered TANG (what a shame for a 5 stars Hotel) I booked 3 rooms sea view and I was given swimming pool view. with a sarcastic comment :look at your left and you will see the sea. I was never given a sea view in spite of paying for it.

Child Friendly and lovely beach.
Beautiful beach and very child friendly. Lovely food. We went out of season so it was very quite which was good for us. The service was sometimes slow but the food was good. I personally found the beds a little hard but others might be fine with them.

The hotel is nice as well as the beach. They charge premium rates which are understandable, however, you don’t get the service equal to the premium rates, and here are some: - The staff is nice and helpful with extra security at the gate and the hotel entrance, however, the front desk only treats you well if you are a foreigner or a tourist, if you are a local, they treat you well but not so good. - You have to pay extra if you want to get your clothes ironed as the rooms don’t have any iron boards or iron which is kinda off for the rate they charge. - There is no Microwave in your room to use. - This is one of the shocking news and made me not pleased which they do not have WiFi in the rooms, ONLY available at the bar so if you are a traveler like me and do not have a local network, you are kinda stuck. Or you have to walk to the bar to use the wifi which is a little distance from the room. - The restaurant and the breakfast bar are very limited if there are few guests at the hotel. If I pay premium rates, I should expect premium service no matter what. I end up driving to the town(which is 30 minutes away) to get some food. On the good side, the hotel is clean and the view is amazing. They do have an outdoor pool and an indoor as well. Also, they offer free beach tools if needed. Overall was nice and I would be ok with everything if I don’t have to pay premium rates.

The beach is amazing but everything else is terrible! For a hotel that thinks it’s 5 star the restaurant chef is really bad. If you are eating meat one piece would be too salty the other would have no salt That plate you thought was called macaroni béchamel is actually black paper with the side of pasta! Toooo spicy!!! Also, the beef burgers are actually salt a little beef. They serve stale bakery/pastries. For example, the croissants were stale on our first breakfast but were amazing on our next but then stale again!! 2 people in my group got sick eating 2 different meals on 2 different days! The staff are really underpaid and it shows! If they smile they expect you to reach for your money tree and give away money! Staff are really polite and almost always helpful but you can’t pause for awkward silence after each interaction waiting to be paid tips! In my opinion, the beach towel person is the best! He does his job well, cleans your seats, sets towels on them and don’t wait. If you want to to him you’ll have to go back to his towel booth. He also cares about the environment. I’ve seen him chase after litter and plastic before reaching the sea! Amazing person. My mom is a regular there and she even said the kitchen was really bad this stay. I really hope they improve. The hotel is amazing but they need to fix things before it’s too late

Dear Mr. Shereef, Have a nice evening Really we feel very sorry that you had bad impression about our food , you had stayed 3 nights with us and we were available at the restaurant and the reception is working 24 hours but we didn't hear any thing from your side to give us the chance to satisfy you and even we had referred back to our resident doctor concerning the illness which had been occurred during your stay but we didn't find any incident reports or doctor visit. Great surprise on Egyptian Mediterranean
The resort has a sort of bay, so it lacks the bad conditions for swimming with undecurrents and high waves that is is so usual on Egyptian Mediterranean. Here not, You can enjoy swimming on white sand beach and turquoise water fully. Also the swimming pool is conveniently large, the overall feeling is very good once You are inside the resort, albeit the first impression from outside could be opposite. The resort matches Red Sea standards, I highly recommend especially outside the main season for Egyptians (june to september), april, may, and october can be very nice here.

Receptionists were too much helpful, they allow us to do early check in right to next ready room, house keeper was so creative about towels folding, my kids waitind every morning to check their towels what to be, we got all inclusive but we missed coffee and tea as we are not much in other beverage, food was not bad, more in egyption food style.

The most beautiful beach and very bad food
Carlos has an amazing beach but they miss a few things: First, the food can not be worse. The low quality and unhealthy food is so repulsive and is going to hurt the resort. The resort does not provide good wifi service or a business center. The Chef and the supervisor of the main restaurant are very unprofessional and they should work in tourism industry.

Unpleasant surprise. I had a higher expectation
What is good about the place is an outstanding beach and sea water. Its one of the best world wide. For locals the hotel is terribly expensive, not value for money by any means.i paid like 270 usd/ night for double room all inclusive. The service is like 2 stars hotel. - i woke up early one day on the 31st of aug for an urgent need for internet at 6 am. The lobby was completely empty. One of the stuff showed up after 5 mins. It looks like i disturbed him. He gave me the password then i asked for help. He gave me and advice and went to continue his sleep .... the guy vanished .. its my problem. - if you care about food safety for sure this place will not be suitable for you. You can easily see pizza guy next to the pool openning the bottle of the oil with his mouth as if it carrot .. no hair net long sleeves is not there ... the logic is not there ... i.e if it goes to oven its ok as far as you didnot spot a hair in your pizza. - double check on fruits cleanliness and freshness. - when you witness people taking care of cleaning you immediately get worry. If he is not clean how come he will make my room clean. - animation team work like 18 hrs a day. I appreciate they were very good. Asking them to use better words. Some guets understand arabic. - the hotel management really focus on cutting cost. The place is not maintained.stuff uniform is faded -losing a beach towel can turn into a big issue !! Unfortunately this is the only hotel that has access to such a beach.
