Das Riad ist traumhaft schön!!! Das Personal ist extrem nett und zuvorkommend!! Egal wer es vom Personal war, über das Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Chefin waren alle hilfsbereit und nicht aufgesetzt. Wir waren drei Nächte im Riad und es war jedes Mal atemberaubend sobald man die Tür reingekommen ist. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen war sehr lecke und schön angerichtet. Auch der Service auf der Dachte Terrasse war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern wie im gesamten Riad ist unschlagbar! Die Lage des Riads ist optimal, Taxis sind und mittelbar entfernt. Tipp lassen Sie das Personal vom Road ihnen ein Taxi organisieren, ist leichter und günstiger. Zu den Souks und zum Jemaa El Fnaa ist es nicht weit. Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhiger als sonst wo. Kann es jedem nur total empfehlen!!

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Riad. Nächstes Jahr wird auch noch ein Pool gebaut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Würde es ein zweites Mal buchen.

Personnel très très accueillant et serviable , belle piscine mais terrasse un peu petite avec parfois manque de transat . Chambres un peu sombres Mais je recommande malgré tout ce Riad avec en plus la possibilité de déjeuner ou dîner sur place !

The employees at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. The receptionist came to the taxi to meet me and escort me to the hotel and even carried my luggage! Welcome tea and cookies on arrival. Lovely seating areas throughout the hotel to relax and a lovely rooftop terrace and pool. The room I had was okay but the desk was too high to work at in relation to the chair. The shower did not drain well and so water went out onto the floor. Breakfast was okay but the breakfast service was very slow. Air conditioning in the room worked well. The location was good for being in the Medina.

Un super bel etablissement, a la hauteur de nos esperances et des commentaires précédents. Une decoration magnifique, un personnel tres ageable et a l'écoute. Un petit dej varié avec jus de fruit frais. Les chambres sont bien equipees et tres belles. La nuit, il y a effectivement un peu de bruit mais cest bien normal, nous sommes dans un riad autentique donc sans isolation. On recommande à tous ceux qui en envie de depaysement

A gem in Marrakesh
Cosy Riad near the busy markets but far enough to relax. Pros: Great staff, Anas, Hassan and everyone -nice selection of food, rooms were very pretty and the balcony, pool too. - close to loads of things you can do in Marrakesh Cons: Wish there was a ‘Do not disturb’ sign for cleaners as they kept entering the room whilst me and my family were asleep. - if the pool could be opened a little longer - more towels as the shower leaks a lot - bigger towels Overall, we enjoyed staying here and I would definitely come again but as a couples/solo trip.

Quelle magnifique Riad ! Au coeur de la médina de Marrakech, endroit où tout peut se faire à pied. Chambres spacieuses et super propres, décor de haute qualité, terrasse sur le toi avec restaurant et piscine. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Pour la stationnement, vous rendre au parking riad zitoune; la riad est à 5 minutes à pied et on peut y laisser la voiture pour 20 dirhams par tranche de 24 heures. Bref, une note parfaite pour cet hébergement.

Meryam, Saad and all employees we interacted with were very helpful, spoke to us in English, and always had a smile on their face. The difference between this riad and the others is the service. When arriving, I'd suggest asking the taxi driver to call the hotel. They'll send someone outside to meet you (otherwise, the riad could be hard to find). The rooms are small, but clean. Noise from the street can be high, but this depends on where your room is and what day/time you're there.

L’hôtel est très agréable avec sa piscine sur le toit. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le ptit dej est très copieux. La place est à moins de 10mn à pieds. Beaucoup de restaurants sympas à proximité.

charmant et accueil chaleureux
Nous avons passé en famille un super séjour ! Et ceci n’aurait pas été le cas sans l’accueil si chaleureux de Anas (merci infiniment !!). Il nous a guidé et donné de très bon conseil. Il nous a proposé aussi des services additionnels pour connaître Marrakech à un pris très (TRÈS!) correct et sans besoin de négocier, qu’à force cela peu devenir fatiguant. Sinon, le petit déjeuner, copieux, savoureux et traditionnel. Nous gardons un super souvenir du jus d’orange et du thé à la menthe! La chambre que nous avons eu (Fes) était parfaite pour une famille! Les lits étaient très confortables et l’emplacement de l’hôtel parfait! À 5 min à pied de la place et étonnamment au calme dans cette folle Médina! Parfait pour le repos après une journée mouvementée ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

This place was the hardest to find. It’s situated in an alley where you will need to walk about 5-7 minutes from the taxi stand. You have to know exactly where you are going or you will get lost. No hot/warm water which made for a cold shower when the weather was chilly outside. The staff was okay, the okay was okay.

Not bad, although expected better.
Not a bad place. We arrived in the middle of renovations, so not the best timing. Service was acceptable, nothing exceptional. Although Bouchra and Zohra were quite nice and helpful. The street can be quite noisy and nearby pollution (from motorbikes) is a bit too much. Breakfast is good and swimming pool is a plus. Good location, 5 minutes to souks and shops.

Etablissement a proximite de tout. Personnel professionnel et aimable. Petit dejeuner au top. Decoration et proprete des chambres tres bien . Riad tres bien entretenu roses rouge partout.... Tres frais. Silencieux et paisible.

Le Personnel était charmant et serviable. Par contre pas de vin dans l'Etablissement sauf l'avant dernier jour. Beaucoup d'escaliers à ne pas recommander pour des personnes âgées. La première chambre qui m'a été attribuée était une cave. Le lendemain changement chambre mieux et plus clair, mais pas d'armoire dans aucune chambre. un simple portant. La piscine 3 parasols dont 1 cassé seulement et 4 transats avec le monde cela était impossible dommage car la piscine est effectivement grande mais aucune vraie structure autour.Dîner toujours pareil des tajines.Bref c'est un Riad qu'il faudrait entièrement revoir sur le plan des chambres surtout.Le Gérant et le Personnel très sympathique.

The staff here make the place. They know their clientelle - people who are visiting the rip-off madness of Marrakesh and want somewhere that is trustworthy to stay. Honest, friendly. No obscure extras on the bill. Pleasant ok rooms. Quiet. Good A/C. Good food. Ask them and they'll sort transport from the airport and meet you at the nearby parking. I was really impressed with these people

Nous avons du changer de chambre à cause de l'humidité et d'un dégâts des eaux importants. l'autrte chambre fournie était mieux mais moisissure dans la douche et présence de blattes dans la chambre.

La gentillesse des employés, la belle piscine sur le toit. Notre chambre sentait très mauvais et avait des tâches de moisissures partout. La peinture s'écaillait. Il n'y avait pas de fruits au petit déjeuner.

Muy limpio, bien ubicado, personal magnífico!
Elegimos este Riad por encontrarse en las orillas de la Medina y tener fácil acceso, no es nada complicado llegar caminando por Rue Bahia, esta calle es ancha y de pronto topas con pared, ahí se hace angosta, pero hay que seguir caminando aunque la calle hace zig-zag por unos 15 metros más y llegas seguro!! (la entrada se encuentra abajo de un puente). Eviten a los oportunistas que te quieren llevar al hotel los cuales se encuentran en el estacionamiento pues te llevarán a dar la vuelta por otro lado y te estafan, lo ideal es pedir al hotel que te envíen a un chofer a recogerte.

Great place to stay. Excellent helpful staff, multilingual, knowledgeable, can help with getting train tickets. Room was ok needs a slight bit of attention in the shower, but minor issue. Very nice looking place. Good aircon in room. Would happily stay here again. And there's a pool too.

Beautiful Riad in a great location. Friendly staff
The Riad was beautifully decorated and full of charm. All if the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was ideal to reach the main attractions of Marakesh on foot but it was removed enough from the hustle and bustle that upon entering you felt relaxed. The rooftop pool was an added bonus and the roof terrace a lovely location to enjoy the Moroccan breakfast provided.

Riad les Oliviers, um oásis em Marrakech
A escolhe de ficar em Riad faz a experiência no Marrocos ser mais autêntica, já que você experimenta vivenciar a forma com que eles moram, perto da população local e compartilha seus hábitos. Nosso Riad era próximo dos pontos mais relevantes de Marrakech, o que facilitou para que conhecêssemos tudo e ainda tivéssemos um ponto de refúgio com piscina sempre que o calor apertava. Ótimo atendimento, cordial, prestativo. Excelente café da manhã. Propostas de pratos para jantar muito bons e oferta de passeios e viagens que nos deixaram seguros para arriscar desbravar além dos muros da Medina.
