Adorned with contemporary local art, this desert-chic space features two queen bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with seating for six, spacious bathroom and central air. Enjoy outdoors with large fenced in backyard, patio, table and grill for entertaining and EV charger for car charging. Pets welcome.

Bright and clean 1100sf house with two bedrooms and one bath. Outdoor space for entertaining.

LIVING:
Enter into living room with seating for 5-7 guests.

DINING/KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, dining for six and back entrance with direct access to outdoor dining.

FIRST BEDROOM:
West of kitchen, with a queen bed, rack for hanging clothes and dresser. High-end sheets with all natural fibers, four pillows and two bedside tables.

SECOND BEDROOM:
East of the kitchen with walk-in closet, queen bed and two side tables. This room is closest to the bath.

BATHROOM:
Shower with rainfall shower head
We provide all-natural & organic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash).

ARTWORK:
Artwork throughout the house is by local photographic artist Brenda Biondo, whose modernist abstract work is collected by museums, corporations and individuals.

PARK:
Free parking next to house or in front, big enough for an RV.

EV CHARGING STATION:
Level 2 EV charger (7.68kW, 32 amp, 220V) adjacent to parking area on side of house. (Bring your own Tesla adapter if you have a Tesla.)

WIFI:
Great speed for working and multiple users.

HEATING/COOLING:
Brand new central HVAC system to keep cool all summer long… and of course warm in the winter.

PETS:
We do allow up to two dogs with pre-approval and additional flat rate fee.
You can add up to two pets in the “Guest Total” section. (If you have a service animal you will not add pet to “pet total”. Dogs must be in kennels or crates if unattended in the house, and may not be left unattended in the backyard.

CLEAN:
We take our cleaning seriously. We follow all protocols for your absolute comfort.This is a **smoke free home**.

CHECKING IN/OUT:
Checkin times start at 4PM and checkout is 10AM. We try to accommodate all guests requests!

MGMT:
Property management team on hand during your stay. Available Monday-Sunday 8AM-8PM.
