Enjoy several outdoor living spaces including an outdoor kitchen on the balcony, perfect for a night of grilling and soaking up the views. The balcony can be conveniently accessed from inside or outside.

4 paddle boards and a lily pad are available during your stay. The water is usually calm in the canal, which is great for fishing on the dock.

Dive into relaxation with a pool (can be heated for additional fee) and hot tub (heating complimentary), ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

For sunset enthusiasts, a dock awaits with ample seating options to witness the mesmerizing evening sky.

Indoors, teenagers can retreat to their own hangout space to play arcade style games and ping pong while adults can relax upstairs in comfort and style.

There is a spacious living area, state of the art kitchen, dining space with a table large enough to fit 8, and laundry room.

Sleeps 12 people plus parking for 4+ cars.

A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking essentials. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are life jackets, beach towels, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 7.5 miles away, with delivery service.

Note: we have 2 security cameras located outside the property. One in the front and one in the back. They are used primarily when the house is vacant.
