Inside, the spacious open layout offers plenty of room to gather and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and five comfortable main-house bedrooms provide the perfect setting to make lasting memories. The sixth bedroom is located in a private apartment with a separate entrance and its own bathroom, offering added privacy—ideal for in-laws, teenagers, or anyone who prefers a little extra space.

IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:

Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.

Pet Policy: Up to three friendly and well-behaved dogs 80 LBS or less each will be considered with a $30/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit "household pet" information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.

Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.

Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.

Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

Absolutely Highly Recommend

This house was perfect for our family of 12!! 5 bedrooms inside with house with a 6th in an apartment style. The home is on an inlet right off the ocean. The home was fully stocked with tons of towels, pans, dishes, everything you need. You just need to buy the food. We WILL be back! This is one of our favorites so far!

Bluewater Paradise

The house was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean. There were only two disappointments. When we arrived, there was seven garbage cans, overflowing with trash. Plus, flies and maggots. We asked the inspector about it and he his response was, you know how renters are. Also, people bringing a boat need to know they need lots of bumpers to protect their boat from the jagged edges of the concrete at the bulkhead.

So close to so much

Marathon is a great place to stay. There is so much to do and see we could have spent the whole week on Marathon. Key West was just an hour away so spend a few days down there or going out for the evening was just as easy. The house was located away from the main road enough that you didn't hear traffic or much noise which was great for relaxing evenings in in the pool.

Many pluses - king comfortable beds, central in Marathon, clean house, minimal furniture & knick knacks so no clutter, 6th bedroom great & next to the house. Slept our 11 people great. Also not far to Publix, Winn Dixie & Sandal Shop. Needs - Large pots/pans including big stock pot, oven mitts, measuring cups. We cooked as its expensive to eat out in the Keys & we are all foodies. We had 11 people & we felt the kitchen was lacking for a group that size.

Wonderful home

Gorgeous property, perfect location for a large family. We were a party of 13 and everyone had a comfortable place to stay. The home was immaculate. Pool was perfect. Pictures online are nice, but the place is even better in person. We had a plumbing issue happen on New Year Eve and the property management company had someone out to us within an hour. Very responsive to requests and questions. We would stay there again. Oh, also perfect for boating, the canal leads directly to the Atlantic, great fishing and snorkeling all within a quick boat ride.

Magical adventure

6 days before we were supposed to leave for Marathon, Fl with a group of 12 people, we were informed that the place we rented had a water leak and an infestation of cockroaches. Somehow, someone was looking out for us, and this Blue paradise home was available for rent. The entire week was perfect in every way. I am incredibly thankful and would highly recommend staying here
