Both bedrooms feature queen beds, with the primary bedroom offering a private en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway, conveniently serving the guest bedroom and main living areas.

Step outside and enjoy private dockage for boats up to 30 feet, making Gulfside Gem a perfect choice for boating enthusiasts and anglers alike. Whether you’re heading out for a day on the water or taking in a peaceful sunset, the open water views set the tone for a true Keys getaway.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows One boat & One trailer only. Max boat length is 30ft.

Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.
