All the facilities needed for your stay-rooms have a blackout curtain and very warm and cosy with big TV and Netflix and Wifi.

Close to city centre on foot and good and late public transport and buzzing restaurants to suit all tastes. Very cosmopolitan town
Feel free to share my tea and coffee and even my cake.
You can cook your meal and put your fresh ingredients in the small under counter fridge. You can come very late but no noise after 10pm. Each room has an extra electrical heater but never leave it on all night . Switch the electrical heater off before going to bed.
I have to remind you that I have a friendly dog called Cookie. and friendly neighbourhood. Queen’s Park, Heaton Park, Manchester City and Manchester United are not too far. Lake District, Blackpool pleasure beach are good places to visit especially if you have young children. Trafford Centre with many attractions and entertainment and shopping to all the budget.It is very big and tiring but you will enjoy it.Victoria and Piccadilly train stations are not too far either.

Outdoor:
2 pieces of furniture to relax and have a glass of wine. You can even do a lovely barbecue if you wish.
There spaces you park your car for free.
