„The hotel is perfectly situated in order to see some of Manchester City. Close to a main strain station for easy access. The room was spacious and very clean (yet to warm - 25 degrees). Amenities where super quality and also the staff at reception was super friendly.

We were worried about being in the basement and no air conditioning on a warm day.
The temperature was brilliant very comfortable, the bath tub was it's a nice addition.

The Service staff were really friendly and good. The Room amenities and services were also good. The Bathroom could need a Little bit renovation because It looked old and some Tiles were broken. The other negative part was that at Night you couldn't sleep well because of the thin walls and very thin Windows so you could hear everything from the city and the Hotel Heating pumps. The Heating on the room was very Difficult to use so I just used the space heater that was in the Room. Overall I enjoyed Mercure Hotel and I would come back next time."
