„The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. ...

„The home we stayed at was very comfortable, and it was well appointed with much needed essential items in the kitchen and bath. The location is very near restaurants, food shopping and more importantly, golfing. I recommend Venice Lakes and Venice East golf courses. In addition, the location is near one of several walking and birding trails. Hats off to Shamrock Park and Nature Trail, Lemon Bay Preserve, the Audubon Rookery, just to name a few. “

„Our stay was great with no major issues with any mechanical items. The garbage disposal appeared to have a minor drip under the sink in kitchen. Everything provided in the house met our needs. Communication with host was prompt and always helpful. The only thing we came across was a moldy coffee filter and grounds in the coffee maker when we arrived. We booked a stay for the same time next year and love the time we spend there. Thank you!“
