„Dieses Ferienhaus ist im Detail genauso, wie bebildert und beschrieben. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man in Cape Coral und Umgebung benötigt und darüber hinaus. Super Ausstattung und vor allem sauber. Waren für eine Woche hier mit 4 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern.“

„Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln. Die Lage zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto keine 5 Min. Auch die Supermärkte wie Walmart oder Puplix sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über ein schönes Pool und Strand sachen wie Stühle, Sonnenschirme usw.sind auch vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und bei Problemen wurde sofort gehandelt. Leider waren die Stühle am Früstückstisch schon durchgesessen ...

„Wir sind zum sechsten mal in CC, diesmal mit Schwager und Schwägerin mit Familie, in Summe 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (13, 10, 9, 6 Jahre). Aus dem Grund haben wir auch ein grösseres Haus gebraucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und eine gute Lage für alles was man so in seinem Urlaub vorhat. Jeden Abend ein toller Sonnenuntergang am Pool (wenn es nicht gerade geregnet hat :-)) und auch sonst sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Sehr zu empfehlen. “

Literally about 10 to 15 steps from the driveway. The owner Lynda was amazing. When we thought there may be an issue with the AC she immediately responded and scheduled a technician to come out.
