„We loved everything about this property. The pictures accurately depict the property. The garden which is available for guests to sit in is gorgeous! The place was very clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking. The beds are quite comfortable. Best of all, the location of the property is very quiet (this is hard to find in Philly). We didn't hear traffic or siren noises at all. If you want a great night's sleep, this is a perfect place.“

„Fantastic property in the heart of Philly. The townhouse was located within an easy to walk to almost all of the touristy stuff we wanted to do, but also in a quiet neighborhood where it was easy to get som much needed rest. There are a few things around the property that show off their age, but nothing that is detrimental to the renters experience. I’d definitely stay here again if we make it back to Philly in the future. “

„Tony was an absolutely FANTASTIC host. His place was exactly as described on his listing including a big open floor plan in the kitchen. He really goes the extra mile in making his guests feel welcome, from leaving out candies in each room to having music playing when we got there. „We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak ...

„We booked this stay after a last minute cancellation and it was perfect for our group! It was close to the expo center so it was awesome! The parking situation was a little iffy, there were two nights we had to park at the church nearby since all the spots were full, but it wasn’t horrible. Proceed with caution when walking down towards the house, the gravel walkway was a little slippery due to the rain, but the owner did warn us about it!! I would book again. “

„We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep ...
