There was no soup and tissue on the lobby restrooms ( I went in two consecutive days in the morning around 9 pm). They had three umbrellas to borrow and the three of them were broken. Even if they were broken they stored them at the entrance and didn't throw it away. “

The room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and we were super impressed! Less than half an hour to the airport too. “

"Tolle stadtnahe Unterkunft, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in und personal war sehr freundlich. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer und Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur die Dachterrasse war sehr enttäuschend. 3-4 Tische, keine Deko oder sonstiges nettes Ambiente. Sehr große Karte mit Cocktails etc. Aber es gab nur Bier oder Softdrinks. "
