„Wonderful location & very walkable! The basics were just fine - comfy beds, good kitchen, good common spaces. Easy check-in process and communicative host. Overall worth it for a lovely stay in Milan. Note that the bottom bedroom does not have a bedroom door - just the spiral staircase separating the two spaces. There were some amenities missing (closet hangers, olive oil, low toilet paper, no hand soap in all bathrooms). Small things that could have been a little better but didn't detract from ...

„Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue.
