„Maria war uns eine unglaubliche Hilfe, sie hat unsere Reise unvergesslich und stressfrei gestaltet. Vielen Dank, Maria!“

„Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. „I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. „Great value! I would definitely stay again!“

The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat ...

„a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for ...
