1st Floor: Living Room, Wood burning Fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen & half bath. First king master bedroom with gas fireplace, TV, walk- in closet and a master bathroom with walk-in shower. Second king bedroom with a TV and full bathroom. (NO GRILL AT THE PROPERTY)

2nd Floor: (upstairs), Loft with sitting area and two queen bedrooms each with their full bathroom.

Lower level: Family entertainment room with pool table, gas fireplace, Bunkbed room with full bathroom. A bonus room with a poker table and another sitting area with bar area.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING: NO MOTORCYCLES OR SLINGSHOTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMMUNITY.

Rates:
General (4-night minimum):
January-May: $500/night (3,500/weekly)
June-December: $550/night (3,850/weekly)

Holidays:
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are charged at $600/night ($4,200/weekly) and require a 5-night minimum

Additional Charges:
$500 refundable security deposit
11% tax will be applied to rental rates
Cleaning fee of $400 per reservation
$65 reservation fee (plus tax)
$50 damage protection plan
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent

Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.

House Rules:
Must purchase your own firewood to use.
No motorcycles or trailers are permitted.
No smoking allowed on the property, inside or outside.
A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed on the property. Any additional vehicles need to be left at the rental and sales center parking lot.
Absolutely no pets! No exceptions.
No gatherings or events of any kind allowed.
No furniture is to be moved.

Please note: For security purposes, there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.
