Spend winter days skiing or snowboarding directly from the resort, then return to your beautifully updated mountain retreat. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, golf, waterfalls, Lake Superior, and everything the North Shore has to offer.

Parking: One designated parking space is included.

Check-In: Self check-in directly at the unit. Your door code and arrival instructions will be provided approximately 48 hours before check-in.

Important Information

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
