„The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. “

„We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F.
