"We like this hotel. It‘s pretty, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. It‘s better to have a room in the back or on the side because the street is noisy. There was only a tiny table in the room so we had to eat outside. But that was okay, too. "

"Leider entsprach das "Resort" absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen punkto Sauberkeit und Umgebung. Auf der Homepage erscheint alles neu und gepflegt, das ist aber leider in Wirklichkeit nicht der Fall. Wir konnten eine neue Unterkunft buchen, da das Hotel kulant war und uns den Preis zurückerstattet hat."

"the town was good, right by the sea. Splendid. What's wrong is that the safe didn't work. According to information, the safes in no room appear to be working. although this service would be included in the destination fee, as would the barbecue facilities, which are not there. Actually the location is quiet if the hotel itself didn't cause noise with the music playing all night. Earplugs are mandatory. Furthermore, the cleanliness is just o.k. We wanted room service every day, but it didn't come. We had to get the toilet paper ourselves. Maintenance should not be neglected. The gardens are very nicely designed, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than one night, and it's more of a motel. The reception is closed at 9:00 a.m. many of the employees seem unmotivated."

"Wunderschön, ein verstecktes Paradies auf den Florida Keys…kostenlose Fahrräder, mit denen wir die wunderschöne Umgebung erkunden konnten…sehr nah an der Islamorada Brewery und Sandal Outlet…Mangrove Mike fast direkt daneben…superfeine Longdrinks an der Poolbar…wir kommen gerne wieder:) Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang!"
