-Pool heat is available most in season months (April - October) upon request for $95/day.

-The Lake area of the property is not easily accessible to guests with limited mobility

Our home is located in a rural lake. Though we use the highest-end available treatments possible to keep out pests including insects and mice, the presence of wildlife is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

Acts of government and nature: Owner shall not be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest occupancy or use of lake, including but not limited to inclement weather, drought and low water conditions, algae blooms, fire, strikes, government acts, SARS-CoV-2, or other epidemic or pandemic. In these cases, NO rebate or refund will be offered beyond the usually specified cancellation policy in this listing.

Guests can access all parts of the home excluding the garage. Guests also have access to the private boat dock and boat launching area.
