Super Lage und gutes Hotel
Das Tilt Hotel zeichnet sich besonders durch die gute Lage aus. Von hier aus kann man sich gut in Hollywood bewegen es ist alles in der Nähe. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Starbucks was auch ganz nett ist. Die Universal Studios sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist stark frequentiert aber ganz ok. Es gibt Kaffee und Orangensaft sowie Kuchen und Äpfel in der Lobby zum mitnehmen. Parkplätze müssen noch extra bezahlt werden, was mich schon etwas geärgert hat. Aber das ist andererseits üblich in Los Angeles. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und räumlich wirklich ok. Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer das geht wunderbar.

Walking distance to Universal Studios and it’s attached City Walk, giving lots of great dining and shopping options. Useful to escape the heat and crowds of the theme park and head back after dinner as the crowds thin. Nearby great French bakery. Not the best part of town however, so walk a little scary at night. Sidewalk on the hotel side of the street has rough patches, stroller stuck multiple times. Sidewalk across the street in much better shape. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Amenities other than room were very poor. Hallways were dirty and stank of cannibus, pool was clean but freezing cold, very limited market options on site, parking limited. Cleaning staff was courteous. Residents of surrounding area were able to slip past elevator security adding to smells of alcohol and pot in the halls.

The room was large, front desk was friendly, and it was clean. It definitely needed some fresh paint, little cosmetic issues in the bathroom, but overall, it was a comfortable room for a large family going to Universal.

I was skeptical at first because the ratings were either too low or Excellent. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the Tilt Hotel. The staff were very nice and professional. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient. Thank you very much!! The only thing I would suggest is choosing a different scent in the lobby. It was overbearing.

The elevator has a temporary inspection license that expired years ago..and the inspectors were contractors not even from the elevator company. The writing is barely legible but my bf works closely with elevators and he said we should limit using the elevator. So we took the stairs down but couldn’t take them up so it was not fun. The keys to our room kept deactivating so we kept having to go back down and come back up. There were red stains all over the carpet in the hallway that resembled blood. There was mold all over the windows. I knew it was a cheap hotel but yikes. The pool was freezing and in no way swimmable. They should have mentioned that it’s not heated and not usable in the condition like that. We would have stayed somewhere else had I known the pool wasn’t swimmable. And if they say it is, I’d like to see them take a dip. The beds and everything were clean looking but there was a stain on the sheet that looked like blood so that was gross. The black mold around the windows needs to be addressed as I’m sure it’s in the AC unit too.

This place was disgusting we found leftover food that was not ours in the microwave, the floors was dirty in the room crumbs everywhere but the most disgusting thing was my 11 year old daughter found a dirty underwear behind the red chair in the corner that did not belong to us. This is the first and last time we would stay there plus will tell family and friends not to stay at this hotel!!!

The place was clean.. that only thing that was a down fall. I would say that the sink was leaking while running. Would leaking all over the floor. The fire Sprinklers on the Ceiling they were also leaking water. The bathtub water hot was cold and cold was hot..
